Deleting Bank Deposits

1. When you first enter the Bank Deposits option a Select A Checking Account window will appear and list all checking and cash accounts. Select the appropriate account.

2. A Deposits table will appear; select the appropriate bank deposits by highlighting the box to the left of the deposit and pressing Enter. An asterisk will display indicating that the deposit has been selected.

3. Press F10.

4. A secondary Select An Option window will appear displaying the following choices: EXIT, ADD CHECKS, CHG PERIOD, and DLT DEPOSIT, PRINT DEPOSIT. A listing of all checks associated with the specified deposit will also display.

5. Select DELETE DEPOSIT and press F10. The message line will display "Are You Sure That You Want to Delete Deposit? No/ Yes."

 

Note: Deleting a deposit does not delete the cash attached to the deposit.
